At ME Beauty Republic Waxing & Skincare, I believe in providing exceptional service while maintaining a professional, reliable, and respectful appointment experience.

Online booking has been part of my business model since 2008, and many of my loyal clients have embraced this system from the beginning. Their continued trust, reliability, and respect for my time have helped establish the professional relationships I value today.

As a way of recognizing and appreciating that loyalty, I want to preserve their direct access to my appointment calendar without imposing unnecessary booking restrictions or deposit requirements.

My Loyalists have earned that privilege, and I believe their continued commitment deserves to be acknowledged—not penalized because of the actions of others.

My booking system recognizes two client classifications: High-Risk and Loyalist.

These classifications are based on business risk, appointment history, and demonstrated reliability. They determine how appointments are requested, confirmed, and financially secured.

Every client receives the same commitment to quality and professionalism. Booking privileges, however, are earned.

High-Risk Clients

Why All New Clients Begin as High-Risk

All new clients are inherently classified as High-Risk.

Why? Because we haven't established a booking history together.

Until that professional relationship exists, I cannot assess a client's reliability, punctuality, communication, or willingness to honor appointment commitments.

High-Risk is a business classification used to manage scheduling and financial exposure. It is not a reflection of anyone's character.

New clients are High-Risk because their reliability is unknown—not because they've done anything wrong.

Returning clients may also be classified as High-Risk when their appointment history demonstrates increased scheduling or financial risk, including repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to follow booking requirements.

High-Risk Booking Requirements

High-Risk clients must:

• Submit an appointment request rather than book directly.

• Complete the required service waiver.

• Satisfy applicable deposit or prepayment requirements.

• Receive approval and confirmation before the appointment is secured.

• Comply with all cancellation, rescheduling, and arrival policies.

Submitting an appointment request does not reserve or confirm an appointment.

High-Risk clients are not eligible to earn or redeem loyalty rewards or access discretionary Loyalist booking privileges while this classification remains in effect.

Loyalist Clients

Reliability Has Its Privileges

Loyalist status is earned through an established professional relationship and a demonstrated history of honoring appointment commitments.

Loyalists have shown that they respect reserved appointment times, communicate responsibly, and follow established booking policies.

Loyalist status is not determined solely by how frequently someone visits or how much money they spend.

An infrequent client can be exceptionally reliable. Likewise, frequent appointments do not automatically establish reliability.

Loyalists may enjoy:

• Direct online booking without submitting an appointment request.

• Booking without routine deposit requirements.

• Eligibility for applicable loyalty rewards.

• Additional conveniences or accommodations at my discretion.

Special accommodations and benefits may vary according to the nature and history of the client relationship.

How Booking Classifications Change

High-Risk clients may become eligible for Loyalist status after establishing a consistent record of reliability.

Likewise, Loyalists may return to High-Risk status if their appointment history demonstrates recurring scheduling or financial risk.

An isolated emergency does not automatically erase years of demonstrated reliability. I consider the overall client relationship, communication, and accountability when evaluating booking privileges.

Booking classifications are reviewed internally.

Please do not contact me to inquire about, dispute, or request a classification change. I will personally notify clients when their booking classification changes.

Until that notification is received, existing booking requirements remain in effect.

An appointment request is not a confirmed reservation. Your appointment is secured only after all applicable requirements have been satisfied and confirmation has been issued.
